Equipment Calibration & Maintenance Brisbane
Pesticide sprayer calibration, ULV fogger servicing, baiting equipment checks, and detection device maintenance for commercial pest operators, councils, and agricultural businesses across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland. Annual calibration certificates issued.
Pest Control Equipment We Service
Calibration and maintenance is available for all major pest control equipment types used by professional operators, councils, and agricultural businesses in Southeast Queensland. If your equipment is not listed, call 0406 178 471 and we will advise on serviceability.
Pesticide Sprayers
Hand-held and backpack sprayers, drum sprayers, motorised knapsack units, and trailer-mounted boom sprayers. Calibration confirms accurate output volume per hectare or per minute, nozzle condition, and pressure consistency. Worn nozzles and seals replaced during service.
ULV Foggers
Ultra-low volume cold foggers and thermal foggers. Calibration sets the correct flow rate and droplet size for the target product. Output rate is measured and recorded before the calibration certificate is issued. Nozzle cleaning and pump inspection included.
Baiting Equipment
Rodent and termite baiting stations, bait guns, and injection equipment. Confirmed for correct bait volume delivery and trigger sensitivity. Critical for termite baiting programs where incorrect bait volume affects the speed of colony elimination.
Detection Devices
Termatrac T3i microwave detection units, thermal imaging cameras, and moisture meters used for termite inspections. Function testing, calibration checks against reference standards, firmware updates where available, and written service record.
The Calibration Process
Calibration is not just adjusting a dial. Correct calibration requires measuring the actual output of the equipment under operating conditions and adjusting to match the product label rate. An uncalibrated sprayer applies product at the wrong concentration, which is an APVMA compliance issue.
Pre-service inspection
Equipment inspected for worn nozzles, damaged seals, blocked filters, hose condition, and any faults that would affect output accuracy. Faults are noted before calibration begins.
Output measurement
Actual output is measured against the manufacturer's specification or the operator's target rate. For sprayers, this means litres per minute at operating pressure. For foggers, grams per minute of flow rate.
Adjustment and parts replacement
Nozzles, tips, seals, and filters replaced as required to achieve the correct output. Pressure settings adjusted and confirmed. Output re-measured after adjustment.
Certificate issued
A signed calibration certificate is issued recording the equipment make and model, measured output rate, adjustments made, parts replaced, and the date of calibration. Suitable for government contract files and APVMA records.
Recommended Maintenance Schedules
On-Site vs Workshop Service
Most individual units are serviced at our Brisbane workshop. For councils, operators with fleet equipment, or fixed units that cannot be transported, we offer on-site calibration at your location.
We Come to You
On-site calibration at your depot, yard, or facility. Suitable for councils with multiple units, operators with trailer-mounted sprayers, or fixed equipment that cannot be transported.
Drop Off at Our Brisbane Facility
Drop individual units at our Brisbane workshop. Turnaround is typically 2-3 business days. Certificates emailed on completion. Parts sourced and fitted during the service where available.
Equipment Calibration and Service Pricing
All prices include a signed calibration certificate. Parts are charged separately at cost. Fleet pricing available for councils and operators with 5 or more units. Call 0406 178 471 to discuss a fleet service schedule.
