End-of-Lease Pest Control Certificates

End-of-lease pest control is one of the most frequently disputed items in Queensland rental bond assessments. Signed pest control certificate confirming treatment of the property for cockroaches, ants, spiders, and general pests. Records treatment date, property address, products used, and QLD PMT licence number. Accepted by QCAT and the RTA as evidence of end-of-lease pest treatment.
