The scheduling for after-hours treatment differs by industry. Here is how it is managed for the most common commercial clients who require treatment outside standard hours.

Restaurants and Cafes

Treatment is booked around trading hours confirmed at the time of the quote. We arrive after the last cover is cleared and complete treatment before the kitchen team arrives for morning prep. For venues open for dinner service only, early morning pre-open treatment is the standard window. For all-day trading venues, weekend treatment during a closed day is most practical.

Hotel kitchen and common area treatment is scheduled overnight or before the breakfast service window. Are you actually available 24 hours a day?
We are available for emergency and after-hours callouts outside standard business hours, but we are not a continuous 24-hour monitoring operation. For planned after-hours commercial treatments, we schedule the window in advance. What is the after-hours surcharge?
After-hours callouts after 5pm attract a surcharge from $80 above the standard treatment price. Saturday callouts from +$120. Sunday and public holiday callouts attract higher surcharges confirmed when you call. Pre-planned commercial after-hours treatments booked in advance attract a lower surcharge than emergency same-day callouts. Commercial clients on monthly contracts often have after-hours treatment included at no extra surcharge.
Can you treat a restaurant before it opens?
Yes. Pre-opening restaurant treatment is one of our most common after-hours bookings. We treat after the last service of the previous day or before the kitchen team arrives for morning prep.
