Choose Your Plan
Three tiers to match different property types and pest pressure levels. All plans are billed monthly with a 12-month minimum. After 12 months, the plan rolls month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Quarterly Treatment Schedule
Treatments are spaced approximately three months apart to maintain continuous protection. The schedule aligns with Brisbane's seasonal pest pressure peaks so each treatment targets the pests most active at that time of year.
Full Property Treatment
Cockroach and ant pressure peaks in summer heat. Full internal and external treatment with perimeter barrier. Subfloor and roof void inspection.
Full Property Treatment
Spider and silverfish activity increases as temperatures drop. Internal web clear-out and perimeter spray with focus on entry point sealing as insects seek warmth indoors.

Rodent pressure increases in winter as they move indoors seeking warmth. Perimeter spray, bait station check (where applicable), and internal gel bait refresh.

Priority Emergency Response
When a pest issue arises between scheduled visits, plan holders jump the queue. Essential plan holders receive 24-hour response; Comprehensive holders receive 4-hour response. Non-plan clients are scheduled around existing commitments.
Rolling Warranty
Ad-hoc treatments carry a 90-day warranty. On a quarterly plan, the warranty rolls forward with each treatment, meaning there is never a gap in coverage. If pests return between visits and it is within warranty, we return at no charge.
Scheduled and Remembered
We schedule the next treatment date at the time of each visit and send a reminder before the appointment. Plan holders never need to remember to book or worry about gaps in protection developing over summer.
Treatment History on File
A complete treatment history is maintained in the account. At end of lease, the history provides evidence of regular professional pest control for bond and RTA purposes. Comprehensive plan holders also have annual timber pest inspection reports on file.
