Emergency / Same-Day

Urgent response across Brisbane

Active wasp nest, heavy cockroach outbreak, or rodents inside your walls at night. Some pest situations cannot wait. We aim to be on-site within 2 hours for urgent callouts during Mon-Sat business hours.

Best for
Active wasp or bee nests
Heavy cockroach or rodent activity
Fire ant mound discovery
Commercial kitchen closures
Emergency pest control

24-Hour / After Hours

Evening and weekend availability

Restaurants need treatment after the dinner service. Schools need it during the holiday break. Some properties simply cannot be treated during standard hours. We schedule around your operating times.

Best for
Restaurants and food businesses
Schools and childcare centres
Retail and shopping centres
Hotels and accommodation
After-hours pest control

Fumigation

For deep-penetrating treatment

Fumigation forces gaseous pesticide into every space surface spray cannot reach: inside wall voids, deep within timber, and enclosed roof cavities. Used for severe infestations and structural timber pests where spray treatment alone is not enough.

Best for
Stored product pests in timber
Severe bed bug infestations
Structural timber pest treatment
Inaccessible wall cavity infestations
Fumigation service

Eco-Friendly

Low-impact, targeted products

Eco-friendly treatments use low-toxicity, APVMA-registered products selected to minimise impact on non-target insects, surrounding soil, and waterways. Effective for general household pests. Not suitable for heavy infestations of highly resilient pests such as German cockroaches or bed bugs.

Best for
Households near waterways or bush
Light cockroach, ant, and spider activity
Clients preferring minimal chemical use
Eco-friendly pest control

Annual & Regular Plans

Scheduled protection year-round

Booking one-off treatments when pests appear costs more and works less well than a scheduled program. Annual and bi-annual plans keep residual protection in place year-round, catching pest activity before it becomes an infestation. Plans are 15-25% cheaper per visit than booking individual treatments.

Best for
Brisbane homes near bush or water
Properties with pets or previous infestations
Commercial premises on regular contracts
Annual pest control plans

Spraying Services

The most common treatment type

Liquid residual spray is the foundation of most residential pest treatments. Applied to internal surfaces, skirting boards, under appliances, and the external perimeter, it provides contact knockdown and leaves a residual barrier that kills pests as they cross treated surfaces for weeks after application.

Best for
Cockroaches, ants, spiders, silverfish
General household pest treatment
External perimeter barrier application
Spraying services

Child & Pet Safe

For sensitive households

All our standard treatments use low-toxicity products that are safe around children and pets when applied as directed. For households with very young children, cats with known chemical sensitivities, or pet birds and reptiles, we offer a dedicated low-impact treatment program using products selected specifically for sensitive environments.

Best for
Homes with infants or toddlers
Cats, birds, reptiles, or aquariums
Childcare and aged care facilities
Child and pet safe treatment
Method Selection

How We Choose the Right Method

Every job starts with an inspection. We identify the pest species, assess how far the infestation has spread, check access points, and ask about household sensitivities before recommending a method. We use the minimum treatment needed to get the job done properly.

Quick Reference: Pest to Method

Cockroaches (German)Gel bait + internal spray. Two visits usually needed. Heavy infestations: add dust in wall voids.
Cockroaches (American)Perimeter spray + subfloor dust. Single visit usually sufficient.
AntsColony-targeting bait + perimeter spray. Avoid spray-only as it breaks up colonies.
SpidersResidual spray to webs, eaves, and perimeter. Dust for roof cavity redbacks.
RodentsTamper-resistant bait stations + entry point identification. Two visits required.
Bed BugsMulti-stage chemical treatment. Two to three visits. Heavy cases: consider fumigation.
FleasResidual spray + IGR to break breeding cycle. Treat all carpeted areas and pet bedding.
TermitesAS 3660 inspection first. Chemical barrier or baiting station program. Licensed treatment only.
Fire AntsDirect Nest Injection by Biosecurity QLD accredited operator only. Regulated pest.
WaspsNest dusting or spray. Full PPE required. Do not attempt DIY on active nests.

FAQ

Treatment Methods FAQ

Which treatment method is best for my pest issue?
It depends on the pest, infestation level, and your property. Spray suits most general household pests. Fumigation is used for severe or structural infestations where spray cannot penetrate. Gel bait is the right choice for German cockroaches specifically. If you are unsure, call 0406 178 471 and we will recommend the right approach after a few quick questions. See the quick reference table above for common pest-to-method matches.
What is the difference between fumigation and spraying?
Spraying applies liquid insecticide to surfaces and voids. It works well for most common pests, dries quickly, and leaves a residual barrier. Fumigation uses a gaseous pesticide that moves through enclosed spaces, penetrating wall voids, timber, and areas spray cannot reach. It requires the property to be vacated for 24-48 hours. Fumigation is reserved for situations where spray is not enough, not used as a default method.
Are eco-friendly treatments as effective as standard treatments?
Yes, for the right pests. Eco-friendly treatments work well for general household pests including cockroaches, ants, and spiders at normal infestation levels. For heavy German cockroach infestations, bed bugs, or highly resilient pests, standard treatment products will get a better result. We will always recommend the method most likely to work for your specific situation.
Do you offer same-day service for all pests?
Same-day service is available across all treatment methods and pest types, subject to technician availability. For urgent callouts, call 0406 178 471 directly. We aim to respond within 2 hours during Mon-Sat business hours. See our emergency same-day pest control page.
What pests need fumigation rather than spray?
Fumigation is typically used for: stored product pests in bulk timber or grain; severe bed bug infestations where chemical spray has not fully resolved the problem; structural timber pests deep inside enclosed wall cavities; and situations where pests have established in areas spray equipment physically cannot reach. It is not our first recommendation for most standard treatments.
Do annual plans save money compared to one-off treatments?
Yes. Annual plans are typically 15-25% cheaper per visit than booking individual treatments. More importantly, regular treatment stops infestations from establishing. Treating an active infestation costs significantly more than maintaining prevention. Most Brisbane homes benefit from treatment every 6-12 months.
